1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online store of

A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity (§13 BGB).

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail.
This order confirmation merely documents the receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the offer.

The contract is only concluded when we accept your offer,

by sending you a shipping confirmation by e-mail or
by dispatching the goods.

We reserve the right not to accept orders, in particular if

a product is not available or
there is an obvious price or description error.

3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices.
The shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

4 Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Germany:
approx. 1-3 working days after receipt of payment

Other EU countries:
approx. 3-7 working days after receipt of payment

If a product is not available, we will inform the customer immediately.

Your means of payment will be debited immediately after completion of the order.

6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs for a different type of delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Return of goods

You must return the goods immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days of revocation.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for lost value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition.

10 Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from

gross negligence
injury to life, body or health

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Liability is otherwise excluded.

11 Product safety and instructions for use

Our products are model kits and collector's items.

They are not toys.

Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Fine dust particles may be produced during processing (e.g. sanding or sawing resin components).

It is recommended to use suitable protective measures, for example

Use at your own risk.

12 Legal notice on historical symbols

Our products are intended exclusively for historical and model-making purposes.

Any representations of historical symbols will be removed or made unrecognizable in accordance with legal requirements.

The sale is exclusively for the purpose of historical representation and model making.

13 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence.

14 Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
