Shipping & Payment

We ship our products worldwide.

Shipping is carried out by the shipping service providers specified in the order process.

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

The shipping costs are clearly displayed in the order process.

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.

The specific shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during the ordering process before you complete the order.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered

within Germany:
approx. 1-3 working days after receipt of payment

within the EU:
approx. 3-7 working days after receipt of payment

outside the EU:
approx. 5-14 working days after receipt of payment

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, taxes or fees.

These are to be borne by the customer and are levied by the respective customs authorities.

Payment is made via our payment service provider.
The credit cards displayed in the order process are accepted.

Your means of payment will be debited immediately after completion of the order.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to complain to the deliverer as soon as possible and to contact us immediately.

Failure to make a complaint has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.

The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.
