Delivery according to German jurisdiction

The articles distributed by us may contain texts and illustrations from the Second World War and the Third Reich. The articles serve exclusively for the purposes of civic education, defense against unconstitutional and anti-constitutional efforts, education or reporting on current events or military-historical and scientific research. We ship models and accessories for military model making in accordance with §86 of the German Criminal Code, which makes the use or publication and dissemination of symbols of unconstitutional organizations a punishable offence. In order to comply with this jurisdiction, please note when purchasing our products that we are obliged to remove any forbidden symbols such as swastikas, SS runes or other forbidden insignia from our articles.

If such symbols are found on the model kit or on decals, we will either remove them or make them unrecognizable. As a rule, the removal or obliteration is already carried out by the importers of these products if they are imported from abroad.

This action does not constitute damage to the product and is carried out in accordance with German law in accordance with §86 StGB.
